The YMCA Cape Cod is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable Health and Wellness Director to lead, manage, deliver and expand all fitness department programs. Responsibilities include the development, implementation and administration of high quality group exercise classes for adults and seniors, special interest wellness and nutrition programs, personal training programs and Activate America initiates.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in a health or fitness related field required and minimum of three years experience in wellness environment preferred. Strong communication, supervisory, organizational and fiscal management skills necessary to lead department expansion of health & wellness center planned for Summer 2009 opening. Certification, education or experience as an instructor/personal trainer and group exercise required.

The YMCA Cape Cod offers two traditional Summer Day Camp experiences, including arts and crafts, sports, team-building activities, drama, nature hikes, and swim lessons. Each camp offers it's own unique opportunities for learning and adventure. We are looking for staff who are motivated, have lots of energy, a positive attitude, like to work outside, laugh, have lots of fun and want to make a difference in a child's life this summer!
Positions available include: Camp Counselors, Certified Lifeguards, Food Service and Housekeepers.

Seeking motivated, creative, organized program leader to coordinate and deliver Teen & Adventure based programs for Cape Cod area youth. This individual will be responsible for promotion, scheduling, staff supervision, curriculum development and program implementation for related Camp Lyndon Center programs.

Requirements: The candidate must have good human relation skills, experience and knowledge in areas of Camping, Environmental Education and Experiential Adventure. Bachelor's degree in Education or Recreation preferred, or related field of study with appropriate experience. Current certifications required.
