INFANT MASSAGE
Newborn to 9 months Taught by Dianne Voikos RN, BSN, LMT
Infant massage is a way of touching that involves listening. The parent will learn to interpret the infant’s body language and respond to it. Massage has many benefits you will learn why massaging an infant is so important. Some of the effects have been weight gain and helping to aide digestion. Massage has a calming effect, which leads to a deeper more restful sleep. The class will help promote bonding, decrease stress and bring about an element of joy to parenting. The caregiver will learn a variety of techniques to help create this. You will need to bring, two pillows, one large soft blanket, one small blanket and a positive loving parent.

COMBINATION PARTY

• 1 Hour of Xergames
• 1 Hour of Free Swim
• 1 Hour in Party Room

This is the ultimate party experience. Guests will have the opportunity to dance, play and compete using YMCA computer generated gaming systems. Then it's off to the pool where guests will be able to jump into the fun! Wrap up the day with an hour for presents, cake and fun in the Cape Cod Room.

Option 2
POOL PARTY

• 1 Hour of Free Swim
• 1 Hour in Party Room

Guests will be able to jump into the fun! Play your favorite water games, have a cannon ball contest, and splash the day away without a worry for the weather. Wrap up the day with an hour for presents, cake and fun in the Cape Cod Room.
